The car? We will do without it this weekend! If we open the trunk, it will be that of the treasures of the resort. Calm, disconnection from everyday life and preserved setting: it is priceless. And if we brake, it will be to better let ourselves be carried… On foot, by bike or by train, Châtelaillon has not finished doing you good! 🌿

    We’re coming! 🎟️

    Coming from Paris, Poitiers or Tours? Opt for an outbound TGV, direction La Rochelle:

    🚝 Paris ➡️ La Rochelle: 3h

    🚝 Bordeaux ➡️ La Rochelle : 2h

    🚝 Nantes ➡️ La Rochelle : 2h

    To reach Châtelaillon-Plage, we then jump on a TER. 7 minutes of travel with a view on the sea: the children will not even have time to get impatient…

    Châtelaillon, two minutes of stop ! Good news, the station is ideally located in the center of the resort. Once you’ve arrived on the platform, all you have to do is calmly return to your accommodation. You haven’t found it yet? Take a look here.

    Let’s go again! 🎫

    Direction the white La Rochelle for a breath of spring air. You drop your bike in the train and ride along the coastline to the station. 500 meters further you are in the city center, in the freshness of the port. Shuttle or bus, it’s up to you to choose to cross then the bridge of the island of Ré.
